Limited Warranty Policy

Shenzhen Xinxinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. provides a 90-day limited warranty for eligible products sold in the United States. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant our products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the 90-day warranty period.

If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Shenzhen Xinxinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Accidents or physical damage

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly

  • Improper voltage, power surges, or incorrect connections

  • Battery leakage

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by external factors beyond normal product use

Warranty Claim Requirements

To request warranty service, please contact us and provide:

  1. Proof of purchase showing the original purchase date.

  2. A description of the product issue and, when requested, photos or videos showing the problem.

  3. Product information, including the product name or order number.

  4. Any additional information reasonably required to verify the warranty claim.

Customers should not return products without first contacting our customer service team and receiving return instructions.

Repair or Replacement

Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to have a covered defect, we may repair or replace the product depending on the circumstances.

Any repaired or replacement product will remain covered for the remainder of the original 90-day warranty period.

Products returned without a confirmed defect may not qualify for warranty repair or replacement.

Shipping

Shipping and handling arrangements for warranty claims may vary depending on the product, location, and reason for return. Applicable shipping information will be provided by our customer service team before the product is returned.

Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty provides specific warranty rights and does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shenzhen Xinxinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from misuse of the product or from circumstances not covered by this warranty.
